Rising Star, owned and operated by Meiji Shipping Group, is a licensed Philippine Recruitment Agency and an accredited Sending Organization dedicated to placing skilled Filipino technical interns in Japan. Their goal is to create life-changing opportunities for Filipinos by connecting them with Japan’s thriving technical and industrial sectors.
Creativelair Design Studio was commissioned to design and develop their official website, building a professional and user-friendly platform that showcases their programs, accreditations, and services. The site makes it easier for applicants to explore opportunities, understand requirements, and take their first steps toward working in Japan.
Challenge
When developing the Rising Star website, one of the main challenges was the absence of a concrete brand guideline. We only had the logo and its colors to work with, so we needed to establish a cohesive visual direction from scratch while staying true to the company’s identity.
Another key challenge was addressing the client’s requirement for a website where they could easily post job opportunities and where applicants could apply directly. Security was a top concern because candidate information needed to remain confidential and protected from potential breaches.
Outcome
We recommended developing the website on Webflow, one of the most secure and reliable website-building platforms available, to address the client’s concerns about data protection.
We built the visual identity around the company’s logo colors and worked through several design iterations to achieve a cohesive, professional, and interactive user experience.
To meet their recruitment needs, we implemented a job posting feature that allows Rising Star to add openings quickly, with applications sent directly to their email for a smooth and secure hiring process. This solution gave them a professional website that works seamlessly for their business operations while ensuring data security.

Job Posting Filter
We built a dynamic job filtering system for Rising Star’s recruitment website, allowing users to quickly search by category and location with real-time updates without page reloads.
On the backend, we structured a job posting database and created an easy-to-use dashboard for posting, editing, and removing jobs. We added form validation and data sanitization to keep the system secure and reliable.
The result is a fast, seamless experience that makes posting and finding jobs effortless.
Job Posting Details Page
We designed and developed a detailed job posting page for Rising Star’s recruitment website to make job information clear and actionable for applicants.
This page displays the job title, location, posting date, salary, and number of vacancies at the top for quick reference. We included a job description and a structured list of job responsibilities to help applicants understand the role before applying.
On the sidebar, we added a requirements panel highlighting education, gender, age, experience level, and language requirements, plus a prominent Apply Now button to simplify the application process. Each time an applicant submits their resume and email, the information is automatically sent directly to Rising Star’s email for immediate review.
We also integrated social sharing options so applicants can share job opportunities via Facebook, LinkedIn, or by copying the link.
The result is a clear, user-friendly layout that improves job visibility, streamlines applications, and ensures Rising Star receives every applicant’s information right away.
